We are not Commercial Management Agents who bolt on a 3rd Party residential agent to manage the residential elements of a scheme or vice versa. We have the requisite skill sets in both areas to ensure our mixed use schemes are managed in a highly efficient manner under one roof.
At present Mixed Use schemes are characterised by one agent being tasked with the management of one element of the scheme and a different agent dealing with another something which inevitably leads to conflict and compromises the flow of information and the economies of scale that might otherwise be achievable. Furthermore the presence of two agents can create ambiguity on the separation of roles and duties.
Our high levels of expertise in both areas removes the need for separate agents and ensures that all aspects of the day to day operational requirements for each scheme are being dealt with in the most efficient manner.
