Paul Mooney MRICS MSCSI MIPFMA – Director

Paul Mooney has been working in property management for 18 years and was a proprietary director of Premier Property Management until its sale to Veris plc in 2006. He then subsequently worked within the Veris group in various senior management roles until April 2010. Paul is a Member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and a member of the Board of the Irish Property and Facility Managers Association. Paul has been part of IPFMA delegations making presentations at the Law Reform Commission, Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement, National Consumer Agency, National Property Regulatory Authority and National Asset Management Agency. Paul has worked closely with the Department of Justice over the last 18 months on the development of the Multi Unit Developments Bill and has also organised a number of stakeholder meetings to encourage a greater private sector awareness and initiative in the sector. Paul currently chairs the Residential Committee of the IPFMA.

David Carberry BSc (Hons) Surv MIPFMA – Director

David qualified with an honours degree in Property Economics from Bolton Street in 2002 and since then has worked exclusively in the Property Management sector. David has worked in the industry for almost as decade having joined Irish Estates Management (one of Irelands largest Property & Facilities Management Company’s) in 2002 as a property manager and by 2006 had been made an Associate Director and Head of Property Management with responsibility for the management of properties with values in excess of €1bn. David managed properties in all sectors for various clients such as Irish Life Investment Managers, IDA Ireland, Cosgrave Property Group, Ballymore Properties, Shelbourne Development and numerous Owner lead Management Companys. David joined a leading development firm in 2008 where he successfully brought the management of their Irish portfolio in house and further developed his ability to deliver cost effective, professional property management services. In 2009 David established Ivernia Property Management and Consultancy with a view to providing a superior standard of service to the industry.

Eamonn Boyle BSc (Hons) Surv MIPFMA – Director

Eamonn Boyle graduated from DIT Bolton Street with a BSc in Property Economics before joining Wyse Property Management in 1995, the largest provider of Residential Multi Unit Development Management Services in the Ireland. He was appointed Operations Director in 2001, a position he held until the end of 2006. In 2007 he was appointed Head of Property Management for Erinaceous PLC, which at that time was a UK publically listed company that was expanding its suite of property services into Ireland. In 2009 he founded Boyle Property Management using all of his previous experience to provide a high level of management expertise, primarlily based on trust and transparency, to his client base.

David O’Reilly MIPFMA – Director

David O’Reilly founded Strathmore Property Management in 2002. Having been a director of an Owners; Management Company for a number of years, he realised that many of the managing agents in the sector were not offering the quality and delivery of service OMCs were looking for. Strathmore quickly established itself as a professional and efficient firm delivering efficient bespoke management services to its clients with integrity and transparency. David is a member of the Irish Property and Facility Managers Association.
